Website terms

This website

The pages on aceofspades.com.au describe our work. They are general information. They are not a quote, and they are not a promise that a particular tree can be moved.

Quotes

Nothing is booked until we have spoken with you. A price is confirmed after we have seen the tree, the access, and the site. Where a day rate is published, it is a guide for that conversation.

What we need from you

Tell us what you know about access for machinery, overhead lines, underground services, and who owns the tree. Photos you send should be yours to share.

Assessments

We will tell you straight if a tree is not a good candidate. Size, roots, access, and the condition of the tree all decide it.

A job is separate from these terms

These terms cover the website. The terms of a job are the ones we confirm with you for that job.
