Who we are

Ace of Spades Tree Relocators is Russell Clark, based at 811 Toowoomba Connection Rd, Withcott QLD 4352. Phone 0438 383 213. Email info@aceofspades.com.au.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we keep:

• your name, and an email address or phone number
• the situation, the tree's size and location, access, nearby structures, overhead and underground services, where you want it moved, the addresses, and the timing
• any message you add
• photos of the tree and the site
• the page you sent the form from, and the browser you used

Why we collect it

We use this to decide whether the tree can be moved, to prepare a quote, and to carry out the work. If you leave an email address, we send you a copy of the enquiry.

Who else handles it

• The enquiry record is stored in our database, hosted by Neon.
• Photos are stored as files with Vercel Blob.
• Email goes through Resend, to us and to you when you leave an address.
• When the bot check is on, Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address to confirm a person sent the form. We do not store that IP with the enquiry.
• The public site loads Google Tag Manager. That is separate from the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to quote, do the job, and keep a record of the work. Email us and we will delete what we still hold, unless we need it for a job that is underway or for our own accounting.
